Our cancellation policy is that all appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance for a full refund, otherwise there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of what your appointment total would have been.
If you are 15 minutes or more late for any appointment you will be subject to rescheduling and a late fee will apply.
If you no show for an appointment then your full appointment amount will charged to your card on file.
